A group of surgeons who attended the Presbyterian Boys’ Senior High School at Legon, released a video of how they went out of their way to rejoice over their school’s victory.

Presec, as the school is affectionately called, triumphed over Adisadel College and Opoku Ware School to lift the NSMQ 2020 trophy.

This becomes the sixth time that Presec Legon has won the highly coveted title but the first time in 11 years as the last time they got it was in 2009.

Impressively, the school has been at the finals a number of times too and these make them the highest-performing school at the national quiz competition.

A video has emerged that shows old students of Presec who are now surgeons in the theatre hailing their school on top of their voices while performing surgery.

They sang one of Presec’s hymns as they rejoiced over the victory chalked at the National Science and Maths Quiz finals on October 8, 2020.
