Citi TV staff and contestants of Keyboard Idol have paid a tribute to late Keyboard Idol contestant Chris Afelete Tamakloe to died in a car crash.
Chris Afelete Tamakloe, one of the young finalists of the Keyboard Idol reality show on Citi TV passed on from a car crash as reported by Citi FM on the morning of September 23, 2020.
He met his untimely death on Saturday, September 19, 2020, when a vehicle in which he and his father were travelling was involved in a road accident, at Asutsuare Junction.
Out of the hundreds of entries that were received, the talented 14-year-old Chris was able to make to the top 10 remaining contestants of the competition before his untimely demise.
Citi TV’s Keyboard competition, Keyboard Idol, was back on the screens after a 3-week break following the death of one of the contestants of the show, Chris Afelete Tamakloe.
The resumption of the show, which was themed ‘Celebration of life’ saw an outpouring of tributes from the management of Citi TV, as well as judges and contestants of the show.
