Songstress Wendy Shay has hinted on taking the Food & Drugs Authority and Ghana Gaming Commission to court.
The Rufftown Records made this revelation on her twitter just a day after the Gaming commission banned celebrities from advertising betting companies.
The Press Statement of the Gaming Commission reads;
Operators shall not use celebrities in their advertisements to entice the general public to gamble,”.
To ensure the new guideline is followed all advertisements must be approved by the commission to help protect not only underage persons but “the interests of punters, customers, and stakeholders,” the statement read.
The Food & Drugs Authority also issued a directive that prevents Ghanaian celebrities from advertising any alcoholic drink.

Due to this, Wendy Shay is calling on all Ghanaian celebrities to put their difference aside so that they can fight the system.
According to her, celebrities are also Ghanaian and deserve better.
