The Supreme Court Orders Justice Amos Wuntah Wuni To Step Down From Hearing Kennedy Agyapong’s Contempt Case

The supreme court of Ghana has ordered Justice Amos Wuntah Wuni to step down as the presiding judge over Kennedy Agyapong‘s case

The Court has also quashed all the proceedings that have gone on so far on the case for Kennedy Agyapong to appear before the High Court on contempt charges.as well as the charge sheet.

The court also ordered that the case be returned to the registry of the High Court for reassignment to a different Judge.
