Actress Zarina Roshan Khan popularly known as “Granny Indu Daasi” or Indu Suri from Kumkum Bhagya has passed away.
Zarina Roshan Khan played the role of a grandmother, fondly known as Indu Daadi in the famous Zee TV show Kumkum Bhagya.
Veteran actor Zarina Roshan Khan passed away at the age of 54. Khan who was popularly known as Indu Suri or Indu Daasi from the serial Kumkum Bhagya suffered a cardiac arrest that took her life.
Her co-stars Shabir Ahluwalia and Sriti Jha took to social media to bid her a final good bye.
The veteran actress has been a part of many popular TV shows like Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and has also done films.
Sriti aka Pragya from Kumkum Bhagya shared a beautiful picture and a video where the late actress can be seen dancing.
Actor Shabir Ahluwalia, who plays Abhi Mehra also shared a cute selfie. In the image he is seen planting a peck on his co-star Zarina’s cheeks. He captioned the picture as, “Ye chand sa Roshan Chehera.”
Vin Rana aka Purab from the show also shared a picture of Zarina on his Instagram story. He left a heartbroken emoji on it to mourn the loss.
When a member of team of the series was contacted Anurag Sharma, who is also part of the show, he shared,
“Yes, its true. The news is very shocking. She was a sweet lady, full of life. Even at this age she was so energetic. I have seen someone like her, she was a very person. I think she worked as a stunt woman at the begining of her career and she was exactly like a fighter in real life. I shot with her last month and we had a good time. She was all fine, but suddently this news came today on our group. I pray her soul rests in peace.”
