Ghanaian controversial politician and critic, Mr. Kwame Asare Obeng popularly addressed as Kwame A Plus has alleged in an interview with Ola Michael on Neat Fm that Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) are on the neck of Dr. Osei Kwame Despite over failure to pay his taxes.
A Plus, in an interview with Ola Michael on Neat Fm Tuesday, said the insane display of wealth led to the GRA going after Despite.

All that display of wealth apparently alerted the Ghana Revenue Authority who went after the Despite clan for taxes.
According to Kwame A Plus, Ghana has witnessed a lavish wedding ceremony that became the most talked about in February which happened to be the wedding that was tagged KENCY2020 between Dr. Osei Kwame Despite’s son and his wife, Tracy Osei.
According to A Plus, since GRA is on the neck of the businessman, the second wedding that was between the daughter of Despite’s brother, Dr. Ernest Ofori Sarpong was as Ghanaians expected.
He noted that the taxes would have been more if Cindy Ofori Sarpong (Dr. Ofori Sarpong’s daughter) and her husband, Richard Peprah’s wedding also saw massive cars lined up.

“Do you know the kind of information I have, recently after the wedding (KENCY2020), GRA went after some people…I mean the first wedding. That is how come they didn’t line-up cars in the second wedding,”
A Plus said.
