Sensational upcoming dancehall artiste, Iona Reine releases the visuals of her song dubbed ‘Obra’ of which she used the same concept as Ebony Reigns’ ‘Maame Hwe’.
Dancehall artiste Iona Reine rose to fame after Ghanaians were heart wrenched by the sudden death of late Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng popularly called by her showbiz name, Ebony Reigns.
Iona Reine and late Ebony Reigns almost have everything in common, ranging from the way Ebony used to talk and some body gestures she portrayed.
It really depicts how influential late Ebony was to many including Iona Reine as she really looks up to her and wants to achieve more than Ebony did.

Ebony Reigns popular hit song, ‘Maame Hwe’ had it’s visual preaching against domestic violence. The story line of the visuals of Ebony’s ‘Maame Hwe’ was well received by many Ghanaians due it its educative content.
At the moment, Ebony’s ‘Maame Hwe’ has amassed over 12M streams on YouTube and still it is arguable the best song to many that RuffTown Records have ever recorded.
In Iona Reine’s ‘Obra’ music video, she also preached against domestic violence and the similarities in her video to that of ‘Maame Hwe’ by Ebony is just on point.
