1 Senior Specialist: Internal Audit(Technology) At Vodafone Ghana
Responsibilities
- Execute the annual audit plan
- Manage and lead audit projects
- Compile impactful audit reports
- Follow-up on outstanding issues
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders
- Produce great quality audit work
- Assist with the preparation of the annual audit plan in terms of technical audits that should be performed
- Execute the approved annual audit plan with minimal supervision
- Lead technical IT and Network audits
- Ensure that audits are performed in accordance with the Internal Audit methodology
- Compile quality audit reports
- Ensure that follow-ups are conducted as per the Internal Audit methodology
- Ensure quality of audits (self- and peer-review audit work and reports)
- Manage relationships with client departments focussing on the local and international IT and network teams
- Keep abreast with an internal audit (IT) and technical developments
Qualification
- Matric/grade 12 or SAQA accredited equivalent
- A relevant IT Bachelor Degree (e.g. BSC Computer Science, B.Com Informatics/ B.Com Information Systems)
- 5-7 years of audit experience (at least 4 years in Technical /Infrastructure Computer Auditing)
- Computer Audit qualifications e.g. CISA, CISM, and CISSP – at least 1 of the 3 is essential
2 SME and SOHO Regional Sales Manager At Vodafone Ghana
Responsibilities
Impact on the business
- Assist and advise key stakeholders (i.e. COPs, CBU, FCoE, etc) on the structure and development of commercial strategies in order to maximise business profitability across complex multi-facetted commercial propositions spanning all types and forms of SME and SOHO customers.
- Develop and drive indirect channel strategic plan
- Develop route to market strategy and extract value from existing corporate relationship
Customers, supplier and third parties
- Attend customer visits and coordinate sales team negotiations in line with business principles.
- Ensure customers are served on time in line with BAU with internal and external stakeholders.
Leadership and teamwork
- Provide thought leadership in how sales activities may be structured to both internal and external customers in order to drive incremental profitability for VBS – SME in Vodafone.
Innovation and change
- Development of internal tools and processes to support the evolution of FBB and Fixed Voice in Vodafone Enterprise and the changing requirements from our SME customers.
Knowledge and experience
- Use competitor and industry analysis and insights to develop various sales approach to help differentiate Vodafone from its competitors thereby driving increased market share, revenue and profitability.
Communication
- Work closely with SME & SOHO teams, CBU, Finance and the wider VBS team with a specific focus on supporting the sales and service teams.
Qualification and Experience
- First Degree preferably Sales and Marketing, Telecom/Business Management/B.Com
- Postgraduate business qualification
- Must have 7+ years of Sales experience out of which 2-5 years must be in relevant mid-management level.
- Proven sales experience Telecoms/ IT related service experience (Essential).
- Fixed Broadband, Fixed Lines, and Mobile Solutions sales experience.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing environment.
3 Sales Executive Officer At Vodafone Ghana
Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

4 Database Administrator (DBA) Specialist At Vodafone Ghana
Responsibilities
- Manage the organization’s database technologies and associated schemas to allow secure, efficient and effective access to the organization’s structured data
- Review and revise processes and procedures to enhance efficiency of access to users and systems
- Plan and implement regular system upgrades to enhance service continuity and user experience
- Create and manage multiple databases and assist in capacity planning
- Monitor, Maintain database systems and troubleshoot and fix problems that may arise
- Maintain data integrity and security (manage roles and permissions of all database users)
- Develop strategies and implement solutions for data retention and replication to disaster recovery sites
- Create and manage constraints and indexes
- Support software developers with database operations including the development of complex SQL, tuning of DML and creation of stored procedures
- Setup and maintain database infrastructure for the company`s BI needs
- Learn relevant business processes and understand the data flow, criticality, and dependencies

Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience with Oracle & MsSql Database administration & Support
• 2-4 years’ experience with database Clustering
• 2-4 years’ experience with Self-Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting Technology (SMART)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
• Ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
5 Supply Chain Business Partner At Vodafone Ghana
- Interacts with stakeholders across the business to build strong and credible relationships in order to maximize the teams overall delivery;
- Implements strategic objectives and ensures activities are executed in a professional way in line with Vodafone standards and local targets;
- Defines team operating standards, set direction, and enables performance;
- Uses and promotes the use of BI tools (view, Celonis, etc.) to identify opportunities, with the ability to leverage the global sourcing function at the Vodafone Procurement Company (VPC);
- Implements Design to Cost (D2C) methodology to support sourcing and to ensure maximum value is achieved through key contracts;
- Uses judgment based on analysis of demand management and resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience;

6 Receivable Analyst – (Dealers & Others) At Vodafone Ghana
Responsibilities
- Dealer, Franchise & Other receivables collections.
- Vet and approve dealer, e-dealer, and franchise airtime purchases.
- Prepare weekly dealer & other receivable exposure reports.
- Ensure dealer bank guarantees are current, validated, and approved.
- Monthly SAP, DMS, Reseller, and Rancard reconciliation.
- Clear SAP and bank open items relating to Dealers and other receivables.
- Prepare and share interconnect invoices with both domestic and international partners.
- See to the posting and netting of interconnecting receivable and payable invoices.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Progression towards (Partly qualified) ACCA, CA(Ghana), CIMA, CPA is highly desirable
- Minimum of two years’ experience in an Accounting and Finance role
