3 officials of the opposition party National Democratic Congress (NDC) have suffered a car accident in Afram Plains, Eastern Region
Reports from Adom FM indicate that these executives were returning home from a tour in the Afram Plains.
Officials of the Atibie Government Hospital have released the names of these executives.
They include Hackman Kabore, Regional Organizer, Richard Etornam Nyarko, Deputy Regional Organizer, and Michael Akorli, Deputy Regional Communication Officer.
The report has it that these NDC officials were on their way to have a meeting with the national chairman of the party Ofosu Ampofo for a brief on their zonal campaign planning with the party’s General Secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah.
The executives were on a party-branded Nissan Truck which veered off the road upon hitting a bumpy stretch and rolled over five times and landed in a ditch.
