The Former Deputy Health Minister Rojo Mettle-Nunoo has said that President Nana Akufo-Addo didn’t win the Presidential elections.

Yesterday 9th December 2020, the Electoral Commissioner Jean Mensah declared Nana Akufo-Addo President Elect after he won the 2020 election.

According to her, Nana Akufo-Addo accumulated 51.30 of the total valid votes and John Mahama 47.36%.

However, the opposition National Democratic Congress held a press conference to reject the Presidential results as announced by the Electoral Commissioner Jean Mensah.

Well, Former Deputy Health Minister and representative of the NDC in the National Coalition Centre, Rojo Mettle-Nunoo, has stated that President Nana Akufo-Addo did not win the elections.

According to him, there was some issues raised by the NDC and needed to be addressed by the Jean Mensah but she refused.

He revealed that before the declaration of results, Jean Mensah herself sent him to deliever a message to John Mahama.

However, upon leaving the National Coalition Centre to send the message to John Mahama, Jean Mensah quickly declared the results.

According to him, he is ever ready to challenge the Electoral Commissioner Jean Mensah.
