A Plus Writes To John Mahama; Advises The Former President To Concede And Take A Break

The founder of the People’s Party, Kwame Asare Obeng popularly called Kwame A Plus has suggested in a post that former president and NDC’s 2020 presidential candidate, John Mahama should concede defeat.

The NDC Presidential candidate John Dramani Mahama on Thursday, 10 December in a press conference held at the party’s headquarters reacted after the Electoral Commissioner Jean Mensah declared Nana Akufo-Addo winner of the election.

On 9th December 2020, Jean Mensah, the returning officer for the Presidential results declared Nana Akufo-Addo a President-elect.

This came after Nana Akufo-Addo accumulated 51.3% of the valid votes casted and John Mahama accumulating 47.3%.

Well, in press conference at the NDC headquarters this evening, John Mahama spoke about the declaration of the result by the Electoral Commissioner.

According to him, he will not accept the fictional results of a flawed elections.

He indicated that Ghanaians voted for change but the NPP in bed with the Electoral Commission have subverted the will of Ghanaians.

He further reiterated that the NDC won 140 Parliamentary seats but the NPP using military force and threats have cut it down to 135, click here to watch full video.

Controversial first time presidential candidate and the founder of the People’s Party, Kwame A Plus has suggested that John Dramani Mahama should take a break from politics.

According to A Plus, those around John Dramani Mahama pushing him to protest against the EC’s results do not wish him well.

He explained further that John Dramani Mahama should congratulate Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and after doing so, he should take a ‘retrospective break and make a decision for tomorrow’.

Those who care about you and your political future are those who will advise you to accept the results irrespective of what may have happened, call Nana Akufo Addo and congratulate him, take a retrospective break and make a decision for tomorrow.
