Ghana’s biggest telecommunication network has introduced a new policy that will be rolled out in February 2021 to help curb scamming activities in the country
In a notice sighted on social media, the company says starting from February, one has to present his ID card to any MoMo agent to be able to withdraw money.

From 1st February you must go to any MOMO Agent with your ID card for your Cash out transactions. We are in the policy of #No ID card, #No Cash-out. Let’s all help this format to fight and identify the fraudsters
