Meet Joseph Korley Tetteh, an architectural draftsman who is a JHS leaver and a resident of Teshie Nungua and a proud manufacturer of wooden and metal bicycles and paddling cars in Ghana.
According to Joseph, after he completed his Junior High School, due to some reasons, his parents could not support him to further his education and that did not make him a lazy person but decided to defy all odds.
Joseph Tetteh, a married man and a father of one revealed in his interview on Svtv Africa that he is into designing of building plans but ventured into inventions where he made his first metal bicycle in 2007 but due to no sponsorships from people and considering his background he paused.
Joseph Korley Tetteh said he bounced back in 2020 during the lockdown era where he discovered that Ghana doesn’t have the wooden bicycle, he tried in three attempts and came out with his first wooden bicycle from documentaries he watched from the internet.

Joseph Tetteh has manufactured Penny-farthing bike, wooden bicycle, paddle car made out of wood and other mind-blowing inventions and plans to be Ghana’s bicycle producer in the future.
Speaking to SVTV Africa, CEO of Seek Ye Bikes, Joseph explained what a paddle car is and why he created it.
“I wanted to create something tourists could move around in when they visited our tourist sites and for large facilities or institutions. It is similar to a bicycle but it has a steering wheel, looks and feels like a car,”
He told DJ Nyaami.
The automaker stated that he is not at the moment charging people to have a feel of his crafts neither is hiring them but he has given some out for for some producers who have used them in their movie series for his talent to be seen worldwide.

Speaking on how much he charges when people approach him for a similar inventions as his to be made, Joseph Tetteh said he charges Ghc1000 for his bikes but with his paddling car, he will charge Ghc4500 since he spent about Ghc4000 to get it done beautifully.
Joseph Tetteh advised many unemployed to pray to God for Him to show them their talents and after they get to know of their talents, they should try and unearth them to the world.
