Ibrahim Mahama, the famous Ghanaian Businessman and the founder of Engineers and Planners which is the largest indigenous-owned mining company in West Africa celebrates his 50th birthday today, Friday, 29 January 2021.
Ibrahim Mahama turns 50 today, he was born on the 29th of January 1971.
Ibrahim was raised in the Northern Regions by his father Emmanuel Adama Mahama and his mother, Joyce Tamakloe from Keta in the Volta Region.
His father was the former Minister of Agriculture and also the first Minister of the Northern Region under the first President of Ghana, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah.
Ibrahim Mahama is the younger brother to our Ex-President John Dramani Mahama.
He moved to the United Kingdom, where he studied at the College of North London. After college, he went on to live in London, where he worked for a property development company.
With God’s grace and efforts, Ibrahim Maham has made a name himself when it comes to business in Ghana.
In 1997, he started his company, Engineers & Planners after his return from London. The Company now employs over 3000 Ghanaian employees. At 34 years of age, he invested in Asutsuare Poultry Farms, which was started in 2004 produces 150,000 eggs and 10,000 live broilers a day.
Mahama is also an investor at Dzata Cement company, a fully Ghanaian-owned cement processing factory located in Tema.
His net worth has been growing significantly.
Ibrahim Mahama is currently married to a woman named Oona Mahama and has three beautiful children.
