Former skipper and captain of Ghana’s senior national team, Asamoah Gyan has descended heavily on one of the country’s radio stations, JoyFM over recent developments on the social media platform, Twitter.

JoyFM made a tweet asking Ghanaians to share their thoughts on their feeling regarding Asamoah Gyan’s penalty miss in the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa.

Social media went ‘hey’ after the tweet began been retweeted with a lot of people being of the view that the tweet is hurtful to the psychological wellbeing of the player.

If we remember, Gyan has on several occasions appealed to Ghanaians on the effects of using the incident as a way of making fun on him.
