Dancehall artist Shatta Wale has finally reacted after news reported on our website earlier indicated that the VGMA board plans on lifting the ban on him and Stonebwoy.
Yesterday in a news published on thedistin.com, the PRO of Charterhouse, Robert Klah, said in a phone interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM that the VGMA board has agreed to lift the ban on Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale.
According to him, the board is yet to publish an official statement to that effect and also meet with both artists and their management.
Shatta Wale in a phone interview on Peace FM reacted to the new of VGMA board lifting the ban on him and Stonebwoy.
Shatta Wale said that the VGMA board don’t seem to take him and Stonebwoy seriously because if they have taken such a decision they need see them first before putting anything in the public.
He added that from the way VGMA board is behaving it seems they don’t want to respect him, Stonebwoy and all the artists in the Ghananian music industry.
He emphasised that the only way he will return to VGMA is only if they sit down with him and negotiate with terms and conditions because he’s a business man.
