According to the man filming the whole incident, the Nigerian pastor decided not to conduct the wedding of the couple because they were late.

The Gentleman filming the whole incident advised the couple getting married to get a refund from the pastor.
In the video, the bridegroom is seen looking very worried at what was going on.
Also, the bride came out of her running to his husband to be in tears as she could not put her mind around what was going on.
Guests who arrived for the wedding were shocked at what was happening and had to leave.
