Former minister of procurement and current gender minister designate, Hon. Sarah Adwoa Sarfo has given Ghanaians what they always always wanted to hear from politicians on the issue of LGBT.
LGBT which is an abbreviation for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender has been a topic of horrifying face amongst Ghanaians ever since the president gave an unsatisfactory answer about its lawfulness during an interview.
People from all walks of life including the clergy and Christian Council have called on the president to come clear with the stand on the matter.
Hon. Adwoa Sarfo during her vetting as gender minister has stated categorically that the issue is a non-negotiable one and our culture would not make room for it anytime soon.
