A young male student at the University of Ghana, Legon has vowed to spread AIDS to his colleague female students on campus after he tested positive
His reason for doing this is that, after sleeping with one of the young girls on campus, and decided to go test his HIV status.

The final result showed that he has HIV/AIDS.
It all started when the guy in question was having a conversation with another guy about a girl he just slept with as he begins his mission of spreading the HIV-AIDS.

In a leaked chat shared on social media, shows that after he tested positive he decided to spread it by sleeping with as many girls as possible because he believes one of them gave him the virus.
