Ghanaians following him on Twitter and Instagram were shocked after his post declaring support in favour of the LGBT community in Ghana.

Currently, Michael Essien has lost over 1 Million Twitter followers in less than 24 hours after his post leaving him followers of 688.1k on Twitter.
