Ghanaian actor and entrepreneur John Dumelo has reacted to news of Government introducing taxes on Ghanaians to pay the free water and electricity they enjoyed last year.
The Minister for Information, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah during an interview on JoyNews made mention that Ghanaians will pay for the free water and electricity they enjoyed.

According to him, the 1% tax increased will be utilises to pay the cost of the free water and electricity Ghanaians enjoyed.
Well, Ghanaians on social media have shared their thoughts on this issue with actor and NDC member John Dumelo also adding his though.
In a tweet shared on his twitter handle, John Dumelo is insinuating that the Akufo-Addo Government has deceived Ghanaians.
According to him, why did the government say they were giving Ghanaians free water and electricity, only to come back a few months down the line to say, its time to pay.
He wrote;
When you lie to people that you giving them free things, only to come back and say “oh remember what I gave you”, it’s time to pay that’s deception.
