A man who was caught stealing inside University of Education, Winneba UEW was asked to sing and he sang a song from the hymnal.
The incident is said to have happened at the Alpha B Hostel in the Central campus of UEW and video from the scene has gone viral.
The thief was apprehended and interrogated by the men who caught him, and in a scene that appears to be under duress, he unveiled his talent.
The man was asked to sing any song of his choice and he sang a powerful popular hymnal song.
His choice of song shocked the men who caught him as they thought he was going to sing any of the secular songs.
The thief sang the first stanza and was asked to sing the next stanza while one of the men who caught him was heard saying “you will sing a song from Shatta Wale”
