Thedistin.com has a spotted very disturbing video of how a Ghanaian lady is using her dirty leg to prepare food for people to eat.
In the video, the Ghanaian lady can be seen using her leg to stir a mixture in a large aluminium basin.
According to the voice over on the video, the lady was preparing ice kenkey and decided to use her leg to mash the kenkey and mix it.
The video has since gone viral video on social media and has got a lot of Ghanaians worried and very furious.
