Ghanaian actress and social media influencer Rosemond Brown also known as Akuapem Poloo has finally been granted bail of GHc80, 000 with two sureties
She was recently convicted by the Accra Circuit Court over a nude picture she posted on social media with her son on his 7th birthday after she pleaded guilty.
According to popular Ghanaian blogger Zionfelix on Instagram, the actress has just been granted bail after her lawyer Mr Andrew Vortia appealed against the 90 days jail term which was described as ‘too harsh’.
The court granted her bail in the sum of GHc80, 000 with two sureties.
In addition to the bail, she is to report to the case investigator every two weeks and is to deposit her password with the registrar of the court.
The court said, she will only travel with the express permission of the court.
