Legal Practitioner and Chairman of the Electronic Communications Tribunal, Kissi Agyebeng has been appointed to replace Martin Amidu as the next Special Prosecutor.
In a recall, the Attorney General and Minister of Justice Godfred Odame nominated Lawyer Kissi Agyebeng for the position of Special prosecutor.
However, his approval will depend on the majority’s decision at parliament should he answer all the necessary questions during the interview as Special Prosecutors.
