Angry Ghanaians have descended on the church of Pentecost for building an ultra modern prison instead of building a factory or a hospital to employ the youth

Earlier Thedistin.com made a post about the Church of Pentecost building a beautiful and comfortable ultra modern prison facility at Ejura Camp prison to help decongest the prison.

The prison which was commissioned by the Ministry for Interior has a modernized facility that will help the inmates to have some freedom in terms of where to sleep and place to easily visit the washroom.

The facility provides beddings and other necessities to the inmates to make them feel at home.

The facility also provides one-one bed to the inmates so that most people will not have to be sleeping on each other as they used to do in most of the prisons in Ghana.

Meanwhile, just a few minutes after the pictures and news went viral, some criticized the church for not building factories and hospitals to employ most of the youth who are jobless for years but rather decided to build prison to keep arresting people.

Remember that the state of our health care centers is not in a good shape and condition as mothers can’t even get beds to lay their heads not excluding Ghana’s almighty Korle Bu Teaching Hospital.

Therefore, these brutally honest and critical thinking netzines feel the move by the church of Pentecost is a step in the wrong direction while others also think the church did the right thing because there are a lot of prisoners really struggling and suffering due to lack of proper facilities like this modern type.
