Ghanaian actor, fashion entrepreneur and reality TV star, Elikem Kumordzie supports ‘virtual wife’ Salma Mumin for taking legal action against actress and TV presenter, Xandy Kamel for defamation
As reported earlier, Salma Mumin slapped Xandy Kamel with a lawsuit after she said on national television that Salma Mumin sleeps with older men for money.
Salma Mumin, on Wednesday May 26 filed a lawsuit against Xandy Kamel and Angel TV for defamation of character.
According to a writ by Salma Mumin’s legal counsel, Gawuga Law, Xandy Kamel passed some defamatory statements about her on her show on Angel TV on March 13, 2021.
It also ordered Angel TV to remove from its archives be it electronic or whatever form the said defamatory statement and in addition pay out compensatory damages in excess of GHC1 million.
Reacting to this, Elikem the Tailor said he hopes Xandy Kamel is found guilty and prosecuted for saying that about the actress.
