Who are the richest Black Billionaires in 2023? Here’s the full list of billionaire business owners who are Blacks and their net worths.

There are 2,755 billionaires in the world, according to Forbes. Out of the 2,755 billionaires in the world, only 15 are black, per Black Enterprise. That’s¬†fewer than 1 percent.

In this article, TheDistin has gathered 20 billionaires who are Blacks; meaning, we’ve managed to add 5 more to make our list.

Out of our 20, the populated nations with more billionaires are the United States with 7, and Nigeria with 5. The West Africans in this list made a huge percentage of their money from the Nigerian market.

We all know Oprah, Michael Jordan, and Robert F. Smith have billions, but what about people of African descent in other countries? Turns out, Oprah and Smith are relatively poor compared to the wealthiest black people in the world.

The renaissance ‚ÄėBad Gyal‚Äô herself, Rihanna who was recently¬†acknowledged¬†as the world‚Äôs richest female musician, was added to the list with a projected net worth of $1.7 billion partially due to her ever-expanding Fenty empire.¬†¬†

Kanye West who always made this list of billionaires who are Blacks lost his seat after all the brands and companies that partnered with him cut ties over his controversial “antisemitic” comment about the Jews.

There are other billionaires like LeBron James and Tiger Woods who could have been part of this list should it be extended.

If you’ve ever wondered how many Black people are in the one percent of the world’s most wealthy, well, there are just not more than 20. Three of the 10 are women and two of those women are entirely self-made. Today, we’re looking at not just the richest African American people, but also the richest black people from all over the world.

Who is the richest black man in the whole world? Who is the first black billionaire? ‚Äď Here are the richest African Americans and where they rank on the list of the world‚Äôs billionaires.
