Jibril’s wife Ikram Ahmed is a refugee young woman who is originally from Somalia.
She has a tragic background story when she was young. Per her organisation’s website, her parents abandoned her at a refugee camp and got adopted at age 1 from the Ethiopian refugee camp.
Luckily, she ended up in the United States where she grew up and schooled. After her education in the USA, she landed several jobs and amassed some wealth for herself and decided to return to Africa to create jobs and empower children and youth who are just like her.

Who are Jibril Baron Cash’s children?

On the day, the organsation fed over 800 children and was also able to donate school supplies; backpacks, books, pencils, erasers, and other learning supplies to over 300 kids.
The foundation will continue to look at other less privileged areas and communities to donate and keep helping others.
