Ghanaian actress and movie producer Yvonne Nelson has made a shocking revelation in her book titled “I Am Not Yvonne Nelson”.
The Ghanaian actress launched her book yesterday at the Peduase Valley Resort which saw a number of top Ghanaian celebrities, from actors, actresses and musicians, attending the event.
In a shocking revelation from the book, Yvonne Nelson disclosed that she had aborted a pregnancy for a Tema-based rapper in 2010.
According to her, there were a number of reasons why she did so. She indicated that she was not sure how successful the Ghanaian rapper will be with his music career. She also added that she was not also ready to become a mother then.
Yvonne Nelson also indicated that the Tema-based rapper was not ready to take responsibility for the child hence she aborted it.
The revelation was made on Twitter by Manasseh Azure Awuni on his handle this morning after the Ghanaian journalist read the book.
He tweeted that;
“The fatherless Yvonne Nelson says she became pregnant with a Tema-based rapper in 2010. This man would become one of Ghana’s biggest musicians but at the time, his success was not guaranteed. He said he was not prepared for a child”
