Congratulatory messages are pouring in to award-winning musician Davido and his partner Chioma Rowland for being parents again.
According to an unconfirmd reports, Davido and his wife Chioma had welcomed a baby boy in London.
Speculations about this good news was first shared on X by a user @CrownprinceCom2. The account tweeted around 2pm: “BREAKING!!! Join me Say Congratulations to Adeleke Family as Davido and Chioma welcome a new Bouncing Baby Boy. Congratulations sir ”
Also, Daily Loud, an American entertainment blog page on X formerly known as Twitter confirmed the news too. “Davido and his wife Chioma have welcomed a baby boy in London,” the page wrote.
The news quickly went viral on Twitter as people were immensely pleased to hear of another Davido and Chioma baby.
Davido and Chioma are yet to confirm the news.
What happened to Ifeanyi Adeleke?
Ifeanyi was the three-year-old son of Nigerian singer Davido and his fiancée Chioma Rowland. A few days after his third birthday, Ifeanyi reportedly drowned in the pool of his father’s villa on Banana Island on October 31, 2022.
The police are investigating the incident and have questioned some of the family’s staff. Davido and Chioma have not collectively commented publicly on their son’s death, but they have received condolences and prayers from many fans and celebrities.
The Lagos State police autopsy conducted on the late Ifeanyi Adeleke, son of famous singer, Davido, concluded he drowned.
“The autopsy was concluded yesterday; it determined that the cause of death of the late Ifeanyi Adeleke was drowning. Presently investigation into the events that led to his drawing is still ongoing,” the Lagos State police command spokesperson, Benjamin Hundeyin said.
The autopsy is part of investigations into the death of the three-year-old, which occurred last year. The three-year-old allegedly drowned in his father’s swimming pool in Banana Island, Lagos and was underwater for an unspecified period before he was spotted.
After the tragedy, Davido stayed out of the limelight for a while before returning to the stage to perform at the closing ceremony of the FIFA World Cup in Qatar on December 18, 2022.
