Prince George’s County Police Department police officer Francesco Marlett has been trending across social media platforms following a video of him making out with a scantily dressed woman.
The cop and his ‘lover’ were recorded from afar by an unknown person, later the man behind the video was revealed as Nelson Ochoa.
Shortly after the video gained traction, an investigation was carried and he was suspended. Further reports indicates he had been for two times, previously.
This steamy situation is even his second suspension in 2023.

Following the viral video of the officer, his spouse, Paula, took to Facebook to react to it admitting she has seen and watched the clip herself.
On her Facebook page, Paula penned a heartfelt message in which she even revealed the name of Francesco’s mistress, Virginia Pinto.
Mrs. Marlett also confirmed that Virginia had been married previously, but her husband left her after discovering her unfaithfulness.

Francesco Marlett, a Maryland police officer with a somewhat controversial history, has faced suspension following an incident in which he was captured on video sharing an intimate moment with a scantily-clad woman before joining her in the rear of his police vehicle.
In a video clip on Instagram and TikTok, an officer with a shaved head is seen engaging in a lengthy and passionate kiss with a woman dressed provocatively and displaying inappropriate physical contact.
Maintaining physical contact by placing his arm around her shoulder, the officer escorted the woman to the back of his squad car and assisted her inside. Subsequently, he joined her in the vehicle, closing the door behind them.
It is important to note that this entire incident unfolded in the presence of children. In the background of the video, the sounds of children playing can be heard, and at one point, several youngsters even crossed through the scene.
A police department in Maryland launched an investigation after the video quickly went viral.
The Prince George’s County Police Department first acknowledged the video on Tuesday, writing: “PGPD Executive Command is aware of a video circulating on social media with one of our officers.
“As soon as we became aware earlier today, we opened an investigation to determine the circumstances.
“Additional information will be released once investigated and confirmed.”
By Tuesday evening, officer Francesco Marlett had been suspended pending the outcome of the investigation.
“The officer has been identified,” police said in an update.
“His police powers are now suspended as the investigation continues.”
The nature of Marlett’s relationship with the woman involved in this incident remains unclear, as per police reports.
Marlett faced has been suspended three times; in 2016 and two in 2023.
This isn’t Francesco Marlett’s first encounter with the media. A few years ago, he gained notoriety for a disturbing incident involving a child.
According to sources from 2016, Marlett faced severe consequences when he was accused of second-degree child abuse for allegedly physically harming his ex-girlfriend’s three-year-old child, according to Baltimore Fox affiliate WBFF.
He had been responsible for looking after the child while his girlfriend prepared dinner.
Regrettably, when the young boy wet the bed, Marlett purportedly administered a severe spanking, resulting in the child’s head striking the wall and losing consciousness.
Marlett agreed to anger management counseling and the charges were dropped.
The officer was also recently suspended for a month in May 2023 after he was accused of domestic violence, WBFF reported.
He returned to work in June.
