A young man is stopped by two military men and lashed on the streets for reportedly refusing to wear his nose mask in town.
In a video fast going viral on social media, a young guy is seen pleading to be left free as a soldier commands him to lean on a Taxi to receive a number of whipping on his but.ts.
Not exactly sure where this incident took place, but is it right for soldiers to do this? and don’t we have to wear out nose masks everywhere we go, as instructed by the president over the current Covid-19 situation in Ghana?
