After missing Travis Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs game against the Minnesota Vikings last Sunday, Taylor Swift is returning to her WAG responsibilities.
The “Cruel Summer” singer will go to Missouri to support her new lover as the Chiefs play the Denver Broncos on Thursday, insiders told TMZ. The singer made a surprise cameo at the Los Angeles premiere of her “Eras Tour” movie on Wednesday.
The 34-year-old tight end is still dealing with an ankle issue, so it’s uncertain whether he will participate or watch from the sidelines.
In the last three weeks, Swift, 33, has already been to two of Kelce’s NFL games.
When she attended the Chiefs’ game against the Chicago Bears in September, the Grammy-winning musician confirmed romance rumours with the athlete. She could be spotted cheering from the Chiefs’ private suite at Arrowhead Stadium with his mother, Donna Kelce.
Swift and Travis left the stadium together after the Chiefs beat the Bears and went to a date night and subsequent afterparty.
The singer capitalised on her newfound WAG status by spending a night out in New York City with Sophie Turner, Blake Lively, and Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
Prior to his matchup with the New York Jets earlier this month, Travis was in the Big Apple. Only hours before the game, the two-time Super Bowl champion was reportedly seen leaving Swift’s Tribeca house, according to Page Six.
Later, Turner, Lively, Ryan Reynolds, and Hugh Jackman could be seen cheering on the football player from a star-studded suite at MetLife Stadium where Swift was also present.
Nevertheless, unlike after the Bears game, the musician and Travis did not get back together after the Chiefs’ victory over the Jets.
As Travis travelled back to Missouri with his teammates, Taylor was spotted hanging out with her brother, Austin Swift, at the members-only bar Zero Bond.
Taylor visited Travis for a belated birthday party a day later with a relaxing night, but they later had some time apart while Travis celebrated his 34th birthday with pals.
To the dismay of many Swifties, Taylor chose not to attend Kelce’s game versus the Vikings on Sunday, but she still made the rounds at some of her favourite Manhattan haunts.
The “Catching Kelce” alum originally tried shooting his shot in July when he failed to give Taylor a friendship bracelet with his phone number at her Eras Tour concert.
She now obviously has his digits.
