Kanye West has recently texted Elon Musk, claiming to be autistic, and was caused by a car accident he had.
The co-founder of Tesla received reported communications from the Yeezy fashion label’s designer, who also claimed he is not bipolar, and asked his friend Ian Connor to post screenshots of those messages on Instagram.
“When are we going to speak You owe me nothing,” The texts, which were published early on Wednesday, began.
“You never have to speak to me again But if we do speak The nature of the relationship has to change I’m not bipolar I have signs of autism from my [2002] car accident,” he said, referring to his famous crash that led to his hit song “Through the Wire,” in which he rapped with his jaw wired shut.
West, 46, initially disclosed in 2018 that he had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, but he then claimed on Twitter that he had been “mentally misdiagnosed.”
He tweeted in 2022, “So I will say this again I was mentally misdiagnosed and nearly drugged out of my mind to make me a manageable well behaved celebrity.”
In the new texts, West also invoked his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, by allegedly telling Musk that he “can’t watch Kim keep my kids from me.”
The “Flashing Lights” rapper ended his apparent messages by blasting Musk, 52, for describing him as a “friend” so that West could bring his “audience to your struggling platform,” referring to Twitter.
West texted Connor, a stylist, ordering him to get the screenshots “out to the public,” which Connor shared as well.
West was compelled to work with his coworker after being barred off the platform as a result of a string of antisemitic outbursts, one of which implicated the rapper Diddy.
He addressed the rapper of “I’ll Be Missing You,” saying, “Ima use you as an example to show the Jewish people that told you to call me that no one can threaten or influence me.”
West has been busy putting on the PDA with his wife, Bianca Censori, in Europe, so it’s unclear what drove him to return to social media in such a roundabout way.
Despite West’s allegations that Kardashian, 42, has been hiding their four children from him, the ‘Jesus Walks’ musician was recently pictured with his son Saint at a football match in Italy.
Throughout the game, West was seen texting on his phone while watching with his son in a luxury box.
The former couple was married from 2014 to 2022. In December of last year, Ye secretly wed Censori, 28.
