It seems as if (almost) all of Hollywood and the NFL are in need of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce friendship bracelets.
Ever since Kelce tried to meet Swift at one of her Eras Tour performances in July 2023 — he wanted to give her a friendship bracelet with his number on it, but she had “to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings” — fans and stars alike have been clamoring for a Swift/Kelce romance.
Everyone’s wishes came true two months later when Swift accepted the Chiefs tight end’s invitation to see him play at Kansas City’s Arrowhead Stadium — the same venue where she had performed for Eras. After the two were spotted leaving together and hopping into a convertible, NFL athletes and other stars couldn’t wait to chime in on the whirlwind evening — and on the duo’s future.
Even Swift’s close pals are here for the romance. “Friends close to Taylor and Travis think they make an amazing power couple, and they couldn’t be happier for them,” a source exclusively told Us Weekly in October 2023 after Swift and Kelce were spotted on two consecutive New York City date nights.

Gayle King
King revealed she was “hear for” the twosome’s romance during an October 2023 interview with Entertainment Tonight.
“People say, ‘Oh, it’s a publicity stunt!’ I don’t think that,” she said. “I think they’re two young people who are attracted to each other and I think they’re trying to figure it out, whether it goes somewhere [or] doesn’t go somewhere.”
King added that she doesn’t “think it really matters” whether Swift and Kelce go the distance or not as long as they are having a good time. “I think it’s just really great [that] they can do this and have fun,” she continued. “I say have fun and enjoy it for as long as it lasts, and if it turns into something big, I think that would be terrific. I love the two of them together, I think it’s a lot of fun to watch.”

“You know, it’s wonderful, he deserves it all,” the former NFL tight end said of the couple in an October 2023 interview with Entertainment Tonight. “He’s had seven 1,000-yard seasons in a row. “I love it. It totally makes sense,” the country star, who is married to former NFL wide receiver Eric Decker, shared on TalkShopLive in mid October. “She should have dated an athlete a long time ago. It worked for me. I love it.”
Jessie also told Swifties not to worry if their fave misses one of Travis’ games. “You can’t make it to every game. I didn’t go to every game,” the Kittenish designer continued. “There were some times where it was too late, or in a different city so I stayed at home in my jammies and screamed from my couch.”

While the vast majority of the celebrity sphere seems to be here for Swift and Travis’ relationship, Wilde — who dated Taylor Swift’s ex-boyfriend Harry Styles — has a different take.
“I wish Taylor Swift was in love with a climate scientist,” read a tweet that she reposted on her Instagram Story on October 5.

Patrick Mahomes
The Chiefs quarterback got a heads-up about Swift’s attendance at their September 2023 face-off against the Chicago Bears.
“He told me at, like, the last minute. There are some things with Trav where he, kind of, just says it and you don’t know if it’s true or not,” Mahomes said during a post-game press conference. “Friday, he was just like, ‘Ah, yeah, I think she’s coming to the game … this weekend’ and moved about his business. … That’s just Travis.”
He also shared that while he had yet to meet Swift, “I guess if she ends up being with Travis, I’ll meet her at some point,” he said. “Seems like a good person, so hopefully, I can meet her one day.”

Jason Kelce
Travis’ brother stoked the flames of a potential Travis-Swift relationship from the get-go. The Philadelphia Eagles center has had plenty to say about his brother’s rumored romance — even before Swift’s September 2023 appearance at the Chiefs game.
“I don’t really know a lot about what is happening in Travis’ love life. I try to, like, keep his business [as] his business and straight out of that world,” Jason teased on Philadelphia’s WIP Morning Show earlier that month about Travis’ relationship with Swift. “Having said that. … I think it is 100 percent true.”
He later appeared to endorse their relationship after Swift’s highly-publicized time at the game. After Barstool Sports’ Kelly Keegs, a Swift fan, ranted watching the 12-time Grammy winner at the game — “She loved all that corny bulls–t?” she posited — Jason reposted the video on X (formerly Twitter). “PREACH!” he wrote.
