The Lemme founder shares three children — Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Regin, eight — with her ex-partner Scott Disick, 40.
She married Blink-182 drummer Travis in Italy last May, with the couple candidly sharing their struggles with infertility on the family’s Hulu show, The Kardashians.
But after multiple rounds of failed IVF, Kourtney gleefully revealed she was expecting by raising a hand-painted cardboard sign that read, “Travis I’m Pregnant” at one of his concerts.

What is Kourtney and Travis Barker’s baby name?
Although details are tight-lipped, we do know that Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker’s son was born between Monday (31st October) and Thursday (2nd November).
The couple’s son is called Rocky Thirteen Barker, according to EOnline.
TMZ also confirmed that the baby is named Rocky Thirteen.
Before his name was revealed, the pair had mistakenly revealed his name online and via interviews.
For example, the Blink-182 drummer seemingly revealed the child’s name when he slipped while speaking to Toby Morse on the One Life One Chance podcast. During the interview, Travis revealed the baby’s name would be Rocky Thirteen Barker.
“There was a benefit in Hawaii that we were gonna do, but it’s the week that Rocky’s due,” he said, according to Goss.ie.
“Rocky Thirteen Barker?” Toby asked, with Travis then confirming: “Rocky Thirteen Barker!”
“That’s such a hard name man,” Toby said.
“He’s gonna come out… doing front kicks and push-ups,” Travis joked.
While Travis might’ve let the name slip, Kourtney has not confirmed the news at this time.
Per TheSun, Kourtney on the other hand, may have leaked the baby’s name when she posted and deleted a video from her baby shower.
The video showed the reality star placing a letter on a wishing tree for the unborn baby that appeared to say “Rocky.”
What does Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian’s son’s name mean?
Travis and Kourtney’s baby boy’s unconventional moniker has been on his father’s mind for quite some time now.
Travis first expressed interest in the name back in July, sharing it’s “been going through my head lately.”
“Rocky George played guitar for Suicidal Tendencies,” he explained of the meaning behind the name during an episode of Complex‘s “GOAT Talk” video series.
The 47-year-old added at the time that it also pays tribute to 1976’s Rocky, which he described as “the greatest boxing movie of all time.”
As for the middle name? “And 13 is just the greatest number of all time,” noted the musician, who has “1” and “3” tattooed on a skull near his elbow.
When did Kourtney give birth?
On November 4, 2023, People reported that Kourtney gave birth to her and Travis’ baby boy.
According to TMZ, the baby was born in Los Angeles, California.
While Kourtney had not confirmed her exact due date, online reports claimed that the baby would come the week of Halloween.
This estimation was based on when she publicly announced her pregnancy.
Rocky is the couple’s first child together, but each of the stars has children from previous relationships.
