The Ghanaian artiste who reported Mr. Drew’s song “Eat” featuring Stonebwoy to American singer Rotimi has finally spoken in an interview with Sammy Kay.
According to the guy who says he is a singer and songwriter, he contacted Rotimi via Instagram to report Mr. Drew’s song to him and within 40 minutes he replied that the video has been taken down
He indicated that he has been a victim of song theft after he sent a song to a popular artiste who later stole the song and made his own.

Speaking to Sammy Kay, the Ghanaian artiste who is identified as Emany said that Ghanaians should
thank him for reporting Mr. Drew to Rotimi very early because things would have been worse if the song had gathered more views on YouTube since it was even monetized.
He noted that Rotimi and his label were eager to sue Mr. Drew and his record label, Highly Spiritual
for stealing the song.
According to him, he had to lie to Rotimi that Highly Spiritual was a new record label in other for him not to turn the issue into a legal one.

Emany has urged Mr. Drew and Highly Spiritual to stop playing the song in the media and should never
perform the song on any platform or else the necessary action will be taken.
