Cecilia, the mother of Regina Brempong, the 5-year-old girl who died after she was knocked down by the school bus of Great Minds International School breaks her silence.
According to Madam Cecilia, she was at work when she had a call that something unfortunate has happened and immediately after she heard that she thought it was her mother because she is the only person aside her who goes out in commercial vehicles.

The mother explained that she had three daughter and late Regina was the second born amongst them.
Telling what happened in the house before the misfortune happened, the mother of the late 5 years old girl said she left home leaving the kids and their grandmother but their granny went to the farm leaving the kids alone at the house.

Explaining further, Madam Cecilia said she instructed the eldest daughter to make sure they eat a meal prepared in the house in the morning and also gave her money to spend on food in the afternoon but her late daughter, Regina expressed her appetite for other food and hence, she took the money and went out to buy food.
Mother of the demised 5 year old girl said after Regina had finished buying her meal, she was left with a change of 50 pesewas and it fell under Lilwin’s school bus after receiving it and in an attempt to take back the money, the heavy bus run over her head and she died at the spot.

The mother said after the incident, actor and proprietor of Great Minds International School, Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin, his uncles and others visited her in the house and promised to give the remaining two daughters a free scholarship to study in the school.
According to the mother, the 5 year old girl has been buried.
