Jason Oppenheim dated influencer Marie-Lou Nürk for 10 months from July 2022 to May 2023.
In July 2022, Daily Mail spotted Jason cuddling up to a blonde mystery model in Greece, later identified to be Marie-Lou Nürk. The model frequently posts to both Instagram and TikTok, but neither party discussed their relationship on social media until a post from Marie-Lou confirmed their relationship once and for all.
In a TikTok posted on Feb. 2, 2023, Marie-Lou wrote “How I met my boyfriend” over footage of her and Jason.

A follow-up video posted on Feb. 5, 2023, captioned, “@itsmejasonoppenheim is so lucky ?” follows Marie-Lou running through someone’s home, with text that reads, “Looking for my boyfriend to create some drama.”
Marie-Lou also appeared on Season 6 of Selling Sunset.
Some fans couldn’t help but wonder what their future might hold regarding whether they’d have children, considering this was the main factor in Jason and his ex Chrisell’s breakup. Marie-Lou admitted on the show, “I don’t see myself having kids for the next 10 years, so it’s not a problem with us.”
It seemed like Jason and Marie-Lou were pretty focused on their careers. Jason mentioned on the show that his girlfriend “studied economics and does corporate branding.”
A source close to the brand influencer told Us Weekly that she “works in business and brand strategy for several major European companies.”
By May 2023, Jason and Marie-Lou were done.

Repeatedly throughout Selling Sunset, Jason has been characterized as this diligent career man who doesn’t really have time for relationships. And while he’s been spotted with women time and again, none of them ever seem to stick around for too long — except for his two serious girlfriends, Mary Fitzgerald and Chrishell Stause
Years before Jason and Mary were Netflix stars, they dated. “Jason and I have been friends for probably 15 years. We dated for maybe a year of that,” the mom-of-one once said during an episode.

However, in the show’s earlier seasons, Mary and Jason’s romantic past caused controversy amongst the other agents as they claimed that he was giving her more listings and showing favoritism. Eventually, those assertions cooled down but started up again — now aimed at Chrishell — when Jason started going steady with her for a few months in 2021.
But sadly, Chrishell and Jason’s courtship, which became a huge plot point for Season 5 of the show, was short-lived.
Long story short, Chrishell wanted to be a mom, but fatherhood wasn’t on Jason’s vision board. They broke up, and now Chrishell is married to Australian musician G-Flip. The couple announced the news on May 10, 2023, in an Instagram video.
