Jimmy Fallon who is the host of “The Tonight Show” has been in the news recently after some of his current and former staff described the workplace as a toxic environment.
According to reports by Rolling Stone, some current and former staff of the show revealed that they have been belittled and intimidated at their workplace for many years.

The statement reads; “We are incredibly proud of The Tonight Show, and providing a respectful working environment is a top priority… As in any workplace, we have had employees raise issues; those have been investigated and action has been taken where appropriate.”
Jimmy Fallon himself has come out to apologise to his working staff indicating that he feels very embarrassed and bad about the situation.
