The wife of Billionaire, Bill Gates seems to have gotten herself in the bad books of Africans and Ghanaians specifically as she comments that Coronavirus cases in Africa are about to get worse.
In a CNN interview, talking on the global pandemic and the effects it has had on the world and the respective continents, she shares that she has been in Africa and knows that conditions here will get the COVID-19 disease to spread even faster.
Ghana is currently in a lockdown, and the president addressed the nation recently with his 5th Speech, over the ongoing lockdown and the coronavirus outbreak in Ghana. see the full speech here.
Ghana has officially recorded 266 cases of the coronavirus as of today 13th April, 2020 and the scare has become more fierce than ever.
Melinda further states that the numbers of cases recorded from Africa are not high because there is not a lot of testing kits, and just like Ecuador, Africa will have “bodies lying on the street” out of this pandemic.
