Kevin Turen, 44, was born on August 16, 1979, in New York City.
He was an American film and television producer, known for producing the X film series from 2022, among a spate of others.
He studied cinema at Columbia University, graduating with a degree in English and Critical Film Studies.
Turen made his producing debut on the indie film Wassup Rockers from director Larry Clark in 2005.
Alongside HBO hit show Euphoria, Turen was also an executive producer on The Idol, the show starring Abel Tesfaye – otherwise known as The Weeknd – and Lily-Rose Depp.
Turen produced Ti West’s critically acclaimed slasher films X and Pearl and Pieces of a Woman – which won Vanessa Kirby an Academy Award nomination for Best Actress.
