NAM1‘s U.S based military brother, Stanley Mensah Kodia aka KOD breaks silence on news of his arrest for fraud, says is a misunderstanding over a land and not that he has frauded someone for his or her money.
On 14th January, 2021, reports went viral indicating that Nana Appiah Mensah’s chief supporter, Stanley Mensah Kodia was been arrested over fraud.
The report indicated that the Ghanaian born British soldier has been arrested by the Property Fraud Unit of the Ghana Police Service.

The suspect (KOD) was picked up on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, by police investigators after an official complaint was lodged at the unit by a businessman and an Estate Developer over the conduct of the suspect.
On why he was arrested by the report, KOD and his father one Nii Okpoti Kodua in November 2015 sold 20 plots of land to the complainant at Oyarifa Gravel Pit in the Greater Accra Region.
The complainant is said to have walled the plots of land with the intention of developing them but was left in shock when he visited the area recently only to observe that the lands have encroached and resold, click here to read full report on KOD’s arrest.

KOD has finally reacted to the report on his arrest and gave a detailed explanation.
According to KOD, this news of him being arrested is formulated by one of his old friends who’s into fraud called Nat 1.
KOD explained that Nat1 in 6-years ago made him (KOD) to ask for 9 plots of land for them to put up some building projects.
KOD said they completed the building but Nat1 invested his money in their building project but he travelled to UK afterwards.
KOD narrated how Nat1 snitched and married his girlfriend in Ghana in his absence when he travelled to UK and that was where their friendship came to an abrupt end.
Per KOD’s side of the story, he indicated that he asked his former ex-friend for the amount invested for him to pay back to take his father land back to him.

KOD said he trusted Nat1 that much that he made his father to use his name on the documents of the land and due to their failed relationship made Nat1 to arrest KOD’s father.
According to KOD, Nat1 also reported some of the men he talked bad about during MenzGold saga and he fixed a day, invited him for a talk just for him to be in hot waters.
KOD said he wasn’t arrested for fraud as many news outlets reported, but it was a land misunderstanding he had with Nat1, his former best friend.

KOD advised that everyone should be mindful of the friends they take else, the same friends will lead them in troubles.
